Welcome to SENS. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Product Information
SENS is a brand for handmade candles.
Location: Prilep, Macedonia
2. Ordering
Orders are placed through our website, social media, or through direct contact.
After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation by email.
SENS reserves the right to refuse an order if:
lack of materials for construction
the information is incomplete or incorrect
there is suspicion of abuse or an unrealistic order
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are expressed in Macedonian denars (MKD).
Payment is made upon delivery (cash on delivery via courier).
SENS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Discounts and promotions are valid only during the specified periods or while supplies last.
4. Manufacturing and Delivery
Each product is handmade.
The production time for candle bouquets is typically 1–3 business days, unless otherwise agreed. Candles for your special moments are made by arrangement, and require at least 3 weeks’ advance notice for production.
Delivery is carried out via a courier service to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is required to be available by phone on the day of delivery.
If the shipment is not collected, additional charges will apply for re-delivery.
5. Complaints and Refunds
SENS provides refunds in the following cases:

The product was damaged during delivery and was returned immediately to the courier.

Wrong product delivered.
Problems must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Intellectual Property
All photographs, texts, designs and visual materials on this website are the property of SENS.
Copying, reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
Violation of this may lead to legal consequences.
7. Limitation of Liability
SENS does not assume responsibility for improper use of the products, as well as for possible allergic reactions to materials or fragrances.
The color, size, or texture of the product may vary slightly because it is handmade.
Photos on the website may differ from the product due to display on different screens.
8. Protection of Personal Data
SENS uses the personal data submitted through orders solely for the processing and delivery of the same.
The data is not shared with third parties, except with the courier service for delivery purposes.
