Refund Policy
At SENS we ensure that every product is delivered in perfect condition. If a problem still occurs, refunds are made under the following conditions:
Damaged product during delivery
If the product arrives broken or damaged:
The product should be returned to the courier immediately.
Upon receipt of the return, the funds will be refunded.
We recommend that the buyer take a photo of the damage for faster processing.
Wrong product
If you are delivered a different product than the one you ordered:
The product is returned to the courier upon receipt.
The funds will be fully refunded or a replacement will be made according to an agreement with the buyer.
Deadline for reporting a problem
Delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Non-refundable products
Due to the nature of the products (handmade and delicate candles), refunds are not made in the following cases:
If the product is damaged by the buyer upon receipt
If the product has been used
If the buyer changes his mind (change of mind)
Refund method
The refund is made using the same payment method used when placing the order.
Funds will be refunded within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
