Refund Policy

At SENS we ensure that every product is delivered in perfect condition. If a problem still occurs, refunds are made under the following conditions:

Damaged product during delivery

If the product arrives broken or damaged:

  • The product should be returned to the courier immediately.

  • Upon receipt of the return, the funds will be refunded.

  • We recommend that the buyer take a photo of the damage for faster processing.

Wrong product

If you are delivered a different product than the one you ordered:

  • The product is returned to the courier upon receipt.

  • The funds will be fully refunded or a replacement will be made according to an agreement with the buyer.

Deadline for reporting a problem

Delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Non-refundable products

Due to the nature of the products (handmade and delicate candles), refunds are not made in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged by the buyer upon receipt

  • If the product has been used

  • If the buyer changes his mind (change of mind)

Refund method

  • The refund is made using the same payment method used when placing the order.

  • Funds will be refunded within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
